Modern Split Level Concrete Patio

Kornerblock concrete had the pleasure of working with this Walnut Grove home owner to deliver a modern concrete aesthetic for a large back patio space. For this split level design, we kept things simple, with a smooth trowel finish, a modern stair set and minimal use of expansion joints. This elevated concrete patio design took 5-7 days to complete. Work was performed in the Spring for an optimal cure.
