This company did a great job on replacing and pouring our sidewalk, walkway and driveway apron. The work was expertly and carefully done, including clean up. Bid was promptly prepared and work completed within one week. Great job guys!

Kornerblock Construction LLC did an excellent job removing and replacing three walkways at our condominiums complex. The project was completed in two days, to include the clean up. We will be contacting Kornerblock for future work. I would recommend Kornerblock Construction for your concrete project.

These guys communicate well and are easy to work with. They were flexible and adaptive as the scope of the job changed slightly. Others wanted to sell me a quick fix, but they were able to see the problem was slightly different than we originally thought, and ultimately saved up money long-term by assessing the problem accurately.

From start to finish, I am incredibly impressed. The customer service, knowledge, precision, professionalism, and attention to detail are all top tier. We had a fairly large residential project completed to include a new front porch, along with a driveway. Everything turned out better than expected. I'd give greater than 5 stars if there were an option. Will be highly recommending to everyone moving forward.

These guys are great! They did a lot of work for us. Basement entrance stairs. Driveway, patio, brick veneer, fence and landscaping. Nice job on all of it.

The City of Portland sent me a sidewalk repair order many months ago. I tried and failed to book the work with several companies which were too busy or promised but never showed up. When I saw the excellent quality of work which Mipa was doing at my neighbor's house, I asked him to bid my job. He gave a fair price and the work was completed and inspected several days later. I highly recommend Kornerblock Construction.

His extensive knowledge and experience greatly impressed me. His very expert crew completed all their work on time and as described in the detailed contract. Was here as promised. Went right to work and seemed to know the exact route they were going to take. Machinery needed came at the right times as did the concrete. My patio looks great - the way I wanted it. Would definitely recommend! If anything negative - rocks / pebble in my front lawn not allowing me to mow, but then again, only one way in to the work area...

Fair, punctual, highly skilled, quality craftsmanship with excellent ongoing communication from beginning to end. After 2 extremely bad experiences with OTHER contractors, we were leary, but now if there is anything we need done, we will see if Kornerblock construction can do it first. Mipa and the entire team at Kornerblock Construction were detail oriented, proactive, easy to get a hold of and communicate with, and gave us a beautiful finished product on our sidewalk and driveway repair. As a property management company, it was important to us that Kornerblock was able to communicate not only with us as the management company, but with the tenants and owners as needed, as well. They dealt with inspections and re-inspections from the city and went above and beyond to make sure the job got done right. They were able to fit us in under a tight deadline and still provide stellar results. Thank you Mipa and Kornerblock construction!!

Isileli N of Kornerblock came and did a decorative concrete patio for us. It came out great and they worked hard and got it done within a day. After the stain and seal, the concrete came out beautifully. Isileli gave us instructions on how to care for the concrete for the first couple days and then seal every 3 years. I would recommend this company. They work hard and do great work.

Mipa and his crew were very Professional and knowledgeable in their field. They did an amazing job on my Patio. The job was not an easy jog due to access to my backyard, they had to remove a portion of my neighbor's fence and use that access to bring in the heavy equipment used to complete the job. Once completed they were able to not only put everything back the way it was prior, but make it look better than it was. Mipa's communication was excellent, he was able to answer all of questions an assist me in making the best decision on how to have my patio pad installed. His follow-up is great, since the pad has been put in, he has texted me to see how everything is and to remind me to keep the pad wet due to the hot weather so as to get the best outcome for my patio pad. The one thing I like about Mipa the most is that he is very Transparent, he does not try and jack up the prices, his work is very affordable and high Quality. They were able to get my project completed in 2 days, it would have taken me 2-3 weeks doing it myself. I have a neighbor that was an Area Manager for a local Concrete company for several years who watched the entire job being performed and when it was all done and said, my neighbor stated that Mipa and his crew did an excellent job, he was very impressed with their work and the custom stamping that he did on my patio. Overall, they were able to get the job done quickly and affordably, their customer service is great, and his crew are very friendly. I will be contracting Mipa in the future for more of my projects and this says a lot coming from me, I am very picking on who I have doing work on my house! I have also already referred Mipa and his crew to other people I know in need of Concrete work and highly recommend that if anyone needs concrete work completed, to give Mipa a call, you will not be disappointed! I never give reviews but decided to give Mipa and his crew a 5-star rating for the quality work they did at my house! I most definitely recommend them for your concrete needs!

I called and asked for a quote and was greeted with polite, enthusiastic customer service. Mipa, The gentlemen in charge, came out the very next day and I was able to share my repair needs with him. Within 24 hours he provided me with a quote and work started 2 days later. The company repaired cement walkways, installed signs in the parking lot and rebuilt some curbs. They finished the job in 2 days and my building has never looked better. The team was quick, efficient and very respectful of my clients (senior residents) and staff. I would definitely recommend them and will utilize them for any future projects.

I called Kornerblock Construction, LLC. for a estimate to demo and give me a new driveway. We set an appointment date and time. The contractor, Mipa showed up on time, and introduced himself. From the first moment I met Mipa I was impressed. I felt he was an honest and sincere man in his ability to help me. He is very knowledgeable, professional and polite as he made me feel that he was the person who could give me my new driveway. He gave me a fair estimate and we decided on a start date and time. He told me exactly how the process would go and was open to my ideas. Bottom line, Mipa is a straight shooter and he doesnâ t B.S. you or waste your time. On the demo date, Mipa was on time with his crew and began the demo process. They were very careful not to cause damage or harm to my property in their work. Throughout the demo and cement job process the crew was fantastic. Individually Soni, Naki, Loa and Luis worked with attention to detail displaying the professionalism you expect on your home. All were very nice and lots of fun to have around while doing their thing. They did not do any damage or harm to my home so you can feel comfortable that they will treat your home with care. They literally transformed the exterior of our home. I am extremely happy with the job results. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND with confidence using Kornerblock Construction, LLC. for your next projects.
